Delivery

Delivery costs €6.50 + VAT to all locations in Ireland. Delivery is free on all orders over €200.

Goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please allow 4-5 working days to receive your order after it has been placed. However, we aim to deliver within 48 hours.

Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed the following working day.

All orders are sent with a trackable courier service. At this moment we are only offering delivery to the Republic of Ireland / Northern Ireland through our website. For any orders to the United Kingdom, please contact our office for further information.

Returns

Faulty items

We work hard to supply only the highest quality products and we very much hope that you will be satisfied with your order. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please e-mail our Customer Service team through the “Contact” section on the website, or e-mail directly to info@linendirect.com and we will be happy to help.

Exchanging an item

If you have picked the wrong product or size by accident, it can be returned to us for an exchange. If the product/goods were supplied correctly ie. as per order placed on website, then the cost involved in returning goods are paid by the Customer. Customer can arrange return of goods from their side, we recommend using a track/trace recorded delivery service. Alternatively, we can also arrange collection/return of goods to our warehouse for the Customer with our courier. To arrange for goods to be collected/returned, please contact a member of our Customer Service team by e-mail info@linendirect.com and we will advise cost applicable (based on number of cartons to be returned).

In line with our returns policy, you have up to 14 days to exchange a product after delivery was made, starting day after goods were received. Please return all items to us unused, in original packaging and same saleable condition that you received them. Don’t forget to include Customer / Order information with the goods, so we know who the goods belong to when they are received back in our warehouse. All returns will be processed within 7 days.

Cancelling or changing your order*

Due to the fact that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, it may not be possible to cancel or change your order once it has been confirmed. If the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we will try to cancel or make the change as requested.

If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, then it may be returned to us by using the methods stated above.
